We currently deliver across India. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 days in Kerala and 2–7 days in the rest of India. Shipping charges are Rs. 35 for Kerala and Rs. 80 for locations outside Kerala. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package and share it with us within 3 days of delivery. This helps us verify claims and prevent misuse. Once reviewed, we will process a pickup and/or replacement in accordance with our policy.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment or fulfilment in genuine cases, at our discretion. Prepaid orders are considered confirmed once placed. For COD orders, we will confirm the order by WhatsApp message or phone call before shipping.
