About Manha and Our Products

Who makes Manha Organics' products?

Every Manha product is made in small batches by our team in Kerala. The formulations are rooted in Cutchi tradition - passed down through generations and prepared the same way today as they always have been. No outsourced manufacturing. No shortcuts.

Are your products certified organic?

Yes. Our products carry multiple certifications including organic, ISO, and vegan. But beyond certification, our commitment is simpler - we use only ingredients we'd use for our own families. That's the standard everything is measured against.

Are there any harmful chemicals in your products?

None. No parabens, no synthetic fragrances, no artificial whitening agents, no chemical preservatives. If an ingredient doesn't come from nature and serve a purpose, it doesn't go in.

Are Manha products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes - our formulations are designed to be gentle. That said, every skin is different. We recommend doing a small patch test before full application, especially if you have a known skin condition. If you're unsure which product suits your skin, write to us and we'll guide you personally.

What is Peety?

Peety is a traditional beauty paste used by women in the Cutchi community for centuries - long before the word "skincare" existed. Made from a blend of natural roots, herbs, and botanicals, it was applied during weddings, passed between mothers and daughters, and never standardised because it was never meant to be a product. It was a practice.

Peety works by gently cleansing, brightening, and nourishing the skin in one application. It reduces dark marks, blackheads, and uneven tone over time - not through chemicals, but through consistent use of ingredients that have been trusted for generations. At Manha, we prepare Peety exactly as it has always been made. Same ingredients. Same method. The only difference is that now it's available to everyone.

What is Cutchi tradition?

The Cutchi community - also known as Kacchi - traces its roots to the Kutch region of Gujarat, with a history of trade, craftsmanship, and deeply preserved cultural practices that travelled across India and the world over centuries. Within this tradition, natural beauty care was never separate from daily life. The formulations women used were homemade, ingredient-driven, and handed down as knowledge - not as products.

Peety is one of the most treasured of these practices. At Manha Organics, our founders grew up with this tradition as part of their household. Starting the brand was not a pivot into wellness - it was a decision to share what was already there, already working, and already part of who we are.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add what you'd like to your cart, and check out. We accept prepaid payments online and Cash on Delivery across India. For COD orders, our team will send you a WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch - just reply to confirm and we'll get it moving.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, reach out to us immediately on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help. Prepaid orders are considered confirmed once placed. COD orders can be cancelled before you confirm via WhatsApp - simply reply CANCEL to our confirmation message.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across India. After you place a COD order, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from us asking you to confirm. Once you confirm, we pack and dispatch. If we don't hear back, the order may be placed on hold.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India. International and bulk orders are also accepted - WhatsApp or Email us directly for those.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Kerala typically arrive in 1-3 days. For the rest of India, expect anywhere between 2-7 days. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being confirmed.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is Rs. 35 within Kerala and Rs. 80 for all other locations in India.

Returns, Damage & Issues

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry if that happened - it shouldn't have. Please record a short unboxing video as you open the sealed package and share it with us within 3 days of delivery. This helps us review the issue and arrange a pickup or replacement promptly. Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted, so please do record before opening.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on damaged or incorrect items as described above. We don't accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. If you have a concern about a product's effect on your skin, write to us - we'd rather help you find the right solution than lose a customer.

I have a reaction to a product. What should I do?

Stop using the product immediately and wash the area with clean water. Then write to us on WhatsApp or email with a photo if possible - we'll respond quickly. Reactions are rare with our formulations, but we take every instance seriously.
