Placing an Order 
Explore the Manha Organics Online Store catalog to select your desired items. Choose the product, specify the quantity, and click on "Order." 
• Once your cart contains all the items and quantities you wish to purchase, proceed by clicking the "Checkout" link. 
• Provide the required shipping and payment details. Review the available payment options and select the one that works best for you. 
• After completing your payment successfully, we will process and ship your order within the specified timeframe. For further details, please refer  to our Shipping Policy. 

Payment Options 
At Manha Organics Online Store, you can place orders online using the following payment methods: 
• Domestic and international credit cards from banks in the Visa or MasterCard Network. 
• Visa Debit cards from select Indian banks (a full list is available during checkout). 
For credit card payments, you’ll need to provide your 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3 digit CVV (found on the back of the card). Your card must also be registered for VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) for added security. If you're using an American Express card, you'll need to enter your 15-digit card number and 4 digit code. The transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy 


• COD Availability: 
COD is available for domestic orders. We ensure safe package delivery by following strict safety protocols with our courier partners. 


• Delivery Details: 
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please provide an alternate address or 
contact number by emailing us at service@manhaorganics.com within 48 hours of 
placing the order. 


• Reshipping Policy: 
If a COD order is returned due to your unavailability or other reasons, it can only be 
reshipped as a prepaid order after the delivery failure. 


• Order Confirmation: 
Customers placing COD orders will receive a confirmation call. If we cannot reach you, 
we will send a follow-up email. Orders may be canceled if there’s no response. You can 
reply to the email to confirm and process your order. 


Refusal Policy: 
Customers who refuse COD deliveries more than twice will no longer be eligible for 
COD and can only place prepaid orders. 


Claims for Missing/Damaged Items: 
Report any missing or damaged items to service@manhaorganics.com within 48 hours 
of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted. 


Order Modifications: 
Changes to shipping or billing addresses are not allowed once the order is placed. 


Order Cancellation: 
To cancel a COD order, email service@manhaorganics.com with your order number on 
the same day the order was placed. 


Refund Policy: 
COD refunds are issued as brand online vouchers and not in the original mode of payment. The exchange delivery timeframe is 2 days. For further assistance, contact our Customer Care team via email or chat, available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM IST. 


Pricing Policy 
• The listed product prices are current and regularly updated but may change without prior notice. 
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. 
• Orders are acknowledged at the current prices, and billing is based on the price applicable at the time of shipping. 
• Products are subject to GST within India. 
• International orders may incur local duties or taxes, which customers must pay directly in their country. We cannot confirm these charges in advance and are not responsible for covering them. 


Payment Security 
• At Manha Organics Online, all transactions are safeguarded with SSL (Secure Sockets 
Layer) and 1024-bit data encryption. This ensures that any information you share during transactions is securely encrypted, protecting it from unauthorized access or disclosure. 
• We adhere to top-notch security standards used by leading online retailers, processing all payments in real-time to provide you with safety and peace of mind. 
• To verify that your browser is in secure mode during checkout, look for the padlock icon in the browser’s address bar or at the bottom corner of the window. 


What is a CVV/CVC? 
• The CVV (Credit Verification Value) or CVC (Credit Validation Code) is a key security 
feature designed to minimize the risk of online fraud. This unique code is not printed on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. 
• During a transaction, you’ll be asked to enter the CVV/CVC to confirm that the card is in your possession. This 3- or 4-digit code is located in the signature area on the back of your credit card. 


Out-of-Stock Items 
We apologize for any inconvenience caused if an item you wish to order is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that Manha Organics Online Store does not accept backorders, meaning we only process orders for items currently available. 


Cancellation Policy 
If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at service@manhaorganics.com or call our Customer Care at +91-9778541277 (available 9:30 AM to 5 PM IST) within 24 hours of placing the order. 
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. For cancellations made 
within the allowed timeframe, a 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days or as per your bank’s policy. 


Shipping Policy 
• All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kochi, Kerala via courier. Due to 
unforeseen circumstances like pandemics, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. 
We kindly ask for your patience in case of slight delays. We reserve the right to pause 
shipments to any country if necessary. 


Delivery Schedule: 
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding 
public holidays.

• Signature Requirement: 
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you're unable to sign, please arrange for 
someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to do so. The brand is 
not responsible for goods signed for by someone else. 


OTP for Delivery: 
Some courier partners may request an OTP for delivery completion. The OTP will be 
sent to the phone number you provided when placing your order. 


Post-Delivery Damage: 
Manha Organics is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. If there are any  issues with your order (such as shortages or damages), please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. 


Shipping and Handling Charges: 
Shipping costs may vary depending on factors like product type, packaging, size, and 
volume. The shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, so you’ll know the cost before confirming your payment. 


Customs and Import Laws: 
We are responsible for compliance with export and customs laws in the country from 
which the products are shipped. However, it’s the consignee's responsibility to ensure 
compliance with import and customs laws in the destination country. 


Order Limits: 
Please be aware of any limits on the number of products your country allows for import clearance. You should consider these limits before placing an order. 


International Orders: 
While we will handle the fulfillment of all international orders, the consignee is 
responsible for ensuring the products can enter the destination country and for paying any applicable Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other taxes and fees. 


Customs Clearance Issues: 
If an order is not cleared by customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other fees incurred during the order process. 


Compliance Confirmation: 
By placing an order, you confirm that the products you’ve ordered comply with the laws of your country and that delivery is permissible under those laws.

Returns & Refund Policy 
If you notice any leakage or damage to a product during delivery, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will process an exchange for any product returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, with original packaging, and verified as damaged or faulty. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of return for your exchange request to be fully processed and completed. 


Damaged Packaging: 
If the shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately. Be sure to record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours. To request an exchange or refund, email us at service@manhaorganics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include the following information: 
• Complaint Order Number 
• Invoice Number 
• Details of any coupons used 
• A description of the issue or request 
• Images or videos supporting your complaint, with clear batch details visible (without 
these, we cannot process the request) 


For Damaged or Faulty Products: 
• If the product is not sealed, leaking, or broken, please provide clear images or video of the product, the spillage (if any), and both the mono-carton and outer packaging. If the seal is tampered with, include images showing the tampered seal. 


For Missing or Incorrect Products: 
• If the product is empty, has less volume, is missing, or is incorrect, please send clear 
images or video of the empty/faulty product, the volume issue, or wrong product 
delivered, along with images of any spillage (if applicable), and the mono-carton and 
outer packaging. 


For Dirty Packaging: 
• If the internal or outer packaging is dirty, please provide clear images or video of the 
entire package, including the mono-carton and outer packaging. 


Packaging Details: 
• The mono-carton refers to the individual Manha Organics box or packaging, while the outer packaging refers to the larger box used for shipping the entire order. Images of both are required for claim processing. 
Once we receive all the necessary details, it will take our team 3 working days to respond to your complaint, query, or issue. 


Exchange Process: 
If an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. 


Refund Process: 
If a product refund is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and you will receive an email confirming the refund. 


Exchange Conditions: 
All products to be exchanged must be sent back in the same packaging they were received in and must be physically accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating the following: 
• Address of dispatch 
• Name & Address of the customer 
• Order number 
• Contents of the package 
• The exchange delivery timeframe is 2 days
Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative. 
Once the package is received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details. 


Exclusions: 
Please note that orders for gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. 


Post-Delivery Damage: 
Manha Organics is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. 
Product Quality Related Complaints If you have a product quality concern, please email us at service@manhaorganics.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include the following details in your email: 
• Order number 
• The product in question 
• Information about any coupons used 
• A description of the issue or request 
• Images or videos supporting the complaint, including an image of the back label of the product with visible batch details Our team will review your complaint and respond within 24 to 48 hours.


Resolution Process: 
If a quality issue is identified, we will connect you with an in-house doctor within 2 working days. Based on the nature of the complaint and the doctor’s analysis, we may request the product to be sent back to our factory for a quality assessment. A quality report will be available within 7 working days after receiving the product for inspection. 


Product Return for Inspection: 
All products returned for inspection must be accompanied by the original receipt and a document that includes the following details: 
• Address of dispatch 
• Customer's name and address 
• Order number 
• Contents of the package 
Please email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (both inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative. 


Exchange/Return Process: 
If the product passes the quality check and matches the complaint, we will initiate the return or exchange process within 7 days of receiving the product. The overall process, from pick-up to final response, may take a minimum of 3 weeks. 


Exclusions: 
• Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. 
• Exchange due to allergic or skin reactions is not applicable. 
• Products cannot be exchanged due to personal dislike, fragrance preference, or color 
preference if no quality issue is found. 


Refund Policy: 
No cash refunds are permitted.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.
