Shipping Policy 
• All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kochi, Kerala via courier. Due to 
unforeseen circumstances like pandemics, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. 
We kindly ask for your patience in case of slight delays. We reserve the right to pause 
shipments to any country if necessary. 


Delivery Schedule: 
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding 
public holidays. Order will be delivery with in 2-3 days . 


Signature Requirement: 
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you're unable to sign, please arrange for 
someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to do so. The brand is 
not responsible for goods signed for by someone else. 


OTP for Delivery: 
Some courier partners may request an OTP for delivery completion. The OTP will be 
sent to the phone number you provided when placing your order. 


Post-Delivery Damage: 
Manha Organics is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. If there are any 
issues with your order (such as shortages or damages), please contact customer service 
within 48 hours of delivery. 


Shipping and Handling Charges: 
Shipping costs may vary depending on factors like product type, packaging, size, and 
volume. The shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, so you’ll know the cost 
before confirming your payment. 


Customs and Import Laws: 
We are responsible for compliance with export and customs laws in the country from 
which the products are shipped. However, it’s the consignee's responsibility to ensure 
compliance with import and customs laws in the destination country. 


Order Limits: 
Please be aware of any limits on the number of products your country allows for import 
clearance. You should consider these limits before placing an order. 


International Orders: 
While we will handle the fulfillment of all international orders, the consignee is 
responsible for ensuring the products can enter the destination country and for paying any 
applicable Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other taxes and fees. 


Customs Clearance Issues: 
If an order is not cleared by customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its sole 
discretion, offer a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and any 
other fees incurred during the order process. 


Compliance Confirmation: 
By placing an order, you confirm that the products you’ve ordered comply with the laws 
of your country and that delivery is permissible under those laws.
