  1. Can I ship my products to an address different from my billing address?
    Yes, you can. Simply enter your billing address as the 'Billing address' and the address where you wish to receive the shipment as the 'Shipping address.'
  2. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
    For prepaid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. If you select Cash On Delivery (COD) as your payment method, a Forest Essentials representative will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order details. Once you confirm, your order will be processed right away.
  3. Do I need an account to place an order?

yes , you can place an order after creating an account. However, we highly recommend creating an account on our website for a faster and more seamless shopping experience. Having an account also unlocks exclusive benefits and allows you to rate and review products based on your experience.

  1. Can I purchase a product that is "Out of Stock"?

Currently, products marked as "Out of Stock" are unavailable for immediate purchase. However, you can opt to be notified once the item is restocked. Simply visit the product page, click on the "Notify Me" option, and enter your registered email address. We’ll send you an email alert as soon as the product is back in stock. Please note, this feature is available only if you have an account and are signed in to Manha Organics.

Q.   Is it safe to use my Debit/Credit card or make an online payment on Manha Organics?

        Absolutely! All transactions on the Manha Organics Online Store are safeguarded by advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and secure data encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information entered during your transaction is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access and ensure your data remains secure.

      We adhere to the highest security standards practiced by leading online retailers, ensuring all     payments are processed in real-time for your safety and peace of mind.

Q: Why was my payment rejected?

Payment rejection can occur for several reasons, including incorrect card or net banking details, insufficient account funds, or technical issues. If you’ve recently received a new card, some of your details may have changed. Double-check your credit card information and try again. Ensure your name and billing address match the details on your current card.

 Q: I can’t complete my registration. What should I do?

If you're unable to complete your registration, please contact us with details of the issue. You can email us at service@manhaorganics.com or call us at 9778541277. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you. We recommend updating your password to a new one as soon as possible for security purposes.

 Q: How can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made. We recommend canceling the order and placing a new one with the desired changes.

Q: What should I do if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, visit the product page and click on the "Notify Me" option. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you an email notification as soon as the item is restocked.

If you need the item urgently, you can use our Store Locator to find a nearby store. Contact the store directly to confirm the availability of the product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

For Domestic Orders: You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit or Credit Card, and Net Banking.
For International Orders: Payments can be made using Credit Cards (all countries) or Debit Cards (select countries only).

 Q: What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is a payment option for customers who prefer not to make online payments. It allows you to pay the invoice amount in cash when your order is delivered. This service is only available for payments in Indian Rupees.

Q: How can I use the COD option?

The COD option is available for orders of INR 500/- and above. To check if COD is available at your location, use the Pin Code Finder during checkout.

Q: Is COD available across all locations in India?

COD is not available for all pin codes due to courier service limitations. Use the Pin Code Finder during checkout to verify if this option is available for your delivery address.

Q: Is there an additional charge for using the COD option?

No specific charges apply for choosing COD. However, a flat shipping fee of INR 70/- is applicable for orders below INR 500/-.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

Q: How does the delivery process work?

We ensure all deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your package’s tracking number and the courier company’s name. Use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your package's status.

Q: Where do you ship your products?

For Domestic Orders:
We deliver across most locations in India, excluding a few remote areas. Orders valued at INR 500/- or more qualify for free domestic shipping. For orders below INR 500/-, a flat shipping charge of INR 70/- applies.

Shipping Coverage and Costs

We offer international shipping to various countries worldwide. Orders valued at INR 15,000/- or more qualify for free international shipping. For orders below INR 15,000/-, shipping and handling charges vary based on factors such as product type, packaging, size, and volume. These charges are displayed at checkout, allowing customers to review them before completing payment.

Note: Shipping charges exclude customs fees, which differ by country. Customs charges are determined by the destination country and cannot be pre-calculated or communicated by the brand.

Customs and Legal Compliance

  • Brand Responsibility: We ensure compliance with export and customs regulations of the shipping origin country.
  • Customer Responsibility: The consignee is responsible for complying with import and customs laws of their country, including:
    • Adhering to permissible product quantity limits set by their country.
    • Paying applicable Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other government taxes upon delivery.

Order Clearance and Refunds

If, for any reason, an order fails to clear customs in the destination country:

  • The brand may consider issuing a refund at its sole discretion.
  • The refund will deduct shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other expenses incurred during order processing and shipment.

Customer Confirmation

Please ensure that your order complies with your country’s import laws and delivery restrictions. Failure to do so may result in non-clearance of the shipment.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

We dispatch most domestic orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen local or natural disturbances). International orders are typically dispatched within 36-48 hours, subject to the destination country’s guidelines.

You can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of our website, where the order status and tracking number will be available. The tracking number and courier details will also be emailed to you. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll notify you promptly.

Q: Does Manha Organics have any physical stores?

Currently, Manha Organics operates exclusively online and does not have any physical stores.

Q: How will I receive a refund for a canceled order, and how long does it take?

  • For Prepaid Orders (Not Yet Shipped): Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours, and the refund will reflect in your bank account according to your bank's processing timelines, typically within 10 business days.
  • For Delivered Orders: Return requests are considered only if they meet the conditions outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to movement restrictions both within India and internationally. Delays may be longer for areas under lockdown, and delivery will be attempted only once the locality is accessible. Q: What should I do if I receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order?

We make every effort to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly and in the best condition. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 business days of receiving your delivery for prompt assistance.

In the rare event that you receive a product with tampered or open packaging, kindly notify us within 2 business days of receipt, providing supporting images if applicable, so we can address your concern as effectively as possible.
