19. International Orders
For orders outside India:

· Your shipment may incur Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other government taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

· These charges must be paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees.

· If the recipient refuses to pay the customs charges, we will deduct the shipping and return duty fees from the order value during the refund process.

We comply with export and customs regulations of the shipping country, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws in your destination country.

Please note:

· Some countries limit the quantity of products for clearance. Ensure your order complies with these limits.

· If customs in the destination country do not clear an order, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund after deducting shipping, return, and other applicable charges.

Make sure your order complies with your country’s laws before placing it.

20. Gift Wrap – Terms & Conditions

1. The Gift Wrap option is available for orders with a minimum value of INR 2500 or above.

2. Customers will receive a personalized message card with the Gift Wrap box.

3. This option applies only to hamper products.

4. Gift Wrap is available for Gift Boxes and Gift Cards.

5. If selected products cannot fit in the chosen box, an alternate box will be used.

6. The Gift Wrap option is available for both domestic and international orders.

7. This service is valid while supplies last.

8. Manha Organics reserves the right to modify or cancel the Gift Wrap option at any time.

9. Gift Wrap charges are based on the cart value:

1. Requests for Gift Wrap or personalized messages placed separately from an order will not be fulfilled. In exceptional cases, Manha Organics may consider such requests based on feasibility and inform the customer directly, but no guarantees are provided.

2. If the selected Gift Box is out of stock, Manha Organics will use the closest alternative without prior notice to avoid delays in dispatch.

21. Gift Card – Terms & Condition

1. Visit www.manhaorganics.com.

2. Add your favourite Manha Organics products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. On the payment page, select "Gift Card" as your payment method and enter your Gift Card code to redeem it.

Terms & Conditions:

· Gift Card orders (physical or e-gift) cannot be placed using COD (Cash on Delivery).

· Gift Cards cannot be redeemed with promo codes, coupons, points, or other gift cards.

· Both physical and e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the Manha Organics website or at any Manha Organics store.

· Gift Cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.

· Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

· Gift Cards must be redeemed in full; partial redemptions are not allowed.

· The purchase of Gift Cards cannot be combined with other products on the Manha Organics website.

· E-Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient’s email within 15 minutes of successful payment.

· Customers are responsible for entering the correct recipient's email address. In case of an incorrect email, no edits, refunds, or cancellations can be processed.
