Returns & Refund Policy
If you notice any leakage or damage to a product during delivery, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will process an exchange for any product returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, with original packaging, and verified as damaged or faulty.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of return for your exchange request to be fully processed and completed.
Damaged Packaging:
If the shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately. Be sure to record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours.
To request an exchange or refund, email us at service@manhaorganics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
• Complaint Order Number
• Invoice Number
• Details of any coupons used
• A description of the issue or request
• Images or videos supporting your complaint, with clear batch details visible (without
these, we cannot process the request)
For Damaged or Faulty Products:
• If the product is not sealed, leaking, or broken, please provide clear images or video of the product, the spillage (if any), and both the mono-carton and outer packaging. If the seal is tampered with, include images showing the tampered seal.
For Missing or Incorrect Products:
• If the product is empty, has less volume, is missing, or is incorrect, please send clear
images or video of the empty/faulty product, the volume issue, or wrong product
delivered, along with images of any spillage (if applicable), and the mono-carton and
outer packaging.
For Dirty Packaging:
• If the internal or outer packaging is dirty, please provide clear images or video of the entire package, including the mono-carton and outer packaging.
Packaging Details:
• The mono-carton refers to the individual Manha Organics box or packaging, while the outer packaging refers to the larger box used for shipping the entire order. Images of both are required for claim processing.
Once we receive all necessary details, our team will respond within 3 working days. to respond to your complaint, query, or issue.
Exchange Process:
If an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed with an authorization
number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged.
Refund Process:
If a product refund is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days, and
you will receive an email confirming the refund.
Exchange Conditions:
All products to be exchanged must be sent back in the same packaging they were received in and
must be physically accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating the following:
• Address of dispatch
• Name & Address of the customer
• Order number
• Contents of the package
Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside
and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative.
Once the package is received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed
within 24 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details.
Exclusions:
Please note that orders for gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund.
Post-Delivery Damage:
Manha Organics is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.
